  • The Table captain plays a central role in shaping the night. From choosing a fun theme to decorating their table, to inviting their guests.

    Their leadership ensures this event is not just a dinner — it’s an experience with a side of friendly fundraising competition between the other captains and their tables.

STEPS

  • You are amazing, thank you!

  • Send Our Save The Date to 8-10 guests to join your table

    Choose your guests wisely! As they will become your teammates in friendly fundraising competitions throughout the evening.

  • Get creative with your “Growing Up Coronado” theme and decorate your table. Costumes encouraged!

  • Helpful Info

    • Tablescape Themes (examples):
      We already have Fly Navy, Wizard of Oz, Tent City, and Fourth of July Parade, Coronado Islanders, Crown City.
      Other ideas could include: Coronado sports (baseball, golf, football, tennis), Yacht Club, High School Prom, seals, stroll down orange, surfing, silver strand, biking, camp Coronado, CoSa dance, concerts in the park, Spreckels, pets and/or paws, Coronado wildlife.

    • The overall theme is “Growing Up Coronado” — follow your heart!

    • Table Size: Each table is 144" x 29.5".
      Feast & Fareway will provide white or black linens and napkins, but you’re welcome to bring theme-specific décor.

    • Inviting Guests: We will be sending you a link to an RSVP page this week that you can share via email or text. If you’d prefer, you can send me your guest list and I’m happy to send the invitations for you. If there are guests who would appreciate a physical invitation, just send me their name and address.

    • Confirming Your Table: You can confirm your host spot by purchasing your table above

    • How Guests “Vote” for Best Tablescape:
      Guests will receive Safe Harbor “dollars” ($20 and $100) when they arrive. They’ll place those dollars into the bowl at the table they want to support. These are real donations tied back to each guest and table.

    • Other Ways Guests Can Donate:
